Time: a lesson in control
When you're worried about time start to really understand it.
Try not to let the fear of not having enough steal from what you do have.
Train yourself. Go granular. It's the only chance you have.
Release trying to control anything other than your moment.
Control your time.
Set intentions for yourself and then acknowledge that it is your ball game to lose.
You can do this.
Out of your head, into your body.
Out of the fear of then, into the impact of now.
